1. Agreement
By engaging in business with Techton Solutions Ltd, hereafter referred to as “the Company/individual,” you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this document. These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by the Company, including but not limited to web design, graphic design, and social media marketing (SMM).
2. Services
Techton Solutions Ltd offers a range of creative services, including web design, graphic design, and social media marketing. The specifics of each project will be outlined in a separate project proposal or contract.
3. Contract Duration
The duration of each contract will be outlined in the project proposal or contract. Early termination of the contract is subject to cancellation fees as outlined in Section 5.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be detailed in the project proposal or contract. Techton Solutions Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any account that is overdue on payment. A minimum payment of 50% of the total project cost is required before any work commences. This initial payment is non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation Fees: In the event of ANY contract termination, the following fees will apply:
i. Domain Cancellation Fee: A fee of £25 will be charged to cancel the domain associated with the project.
ii. General Cancellation Fee: A flat fee of £10 will be charged for processing and administrative costs.
iii. Data Removal: If you would like your data cleared from our system, please email hello@techtonsolutions.com.
b. Notice of Cancellation: To initiate the cancellation process, the client must provide written notice to Techton Solutions Ltd. The cancellation will be effective upon the receipt of this written notice.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and feedback in a timely manner to facilitate the smooth progress of the project. Delays caused by the client may result in adjustments to project timelines and additional fees.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for services rendered, the client will have ownership rights to the final design or project. Techton Solutions Ltd retains the right to display the completed work in portfolios and promotional materials.
8. Confidentiality
Techton Solutions Ltd agrees to keep all client information confidential. Similarly, the client agrees not to disclose any proprietary or confidential information provided by Techton Solutions Ltd.
9. Limitation of Liability
Techton Solutions Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use incurred by the client or any third party.
10. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
11. Amendments
Techton Solutions Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Notice of amendments will be communicated to clients, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
By engaging in business with Techton Solutions Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
